Lead Credit Policy
FixBridge Local is an Irvine local repair request platform, not a repair company. Providers are independent businesses, and FixBridge Local does not guarantee a quote, final pricing, a match, exclusive access, customer response, job award, or that an unlocked lead will become a completed job unless a separate written offer explicitly states otherwise.
A lead unlock fee does not guarantee job award, customer response, final pricing, or exclusive access unless explicitly stated. It is payment for access to customer contact information for a specific repair request, not a guarantee of appointment, sale, revenue, or completed repair.
Lead credit review may be considered for duplicate, spam, unreachable, expired, wrong-category, materially invalid, or already-resolved leads. Supporting notes from the provider may be reviewed by an admin.
Credits are reviewed case by case, are discretionary, and are recorded through payment and unlock records. There is no automatic refund guarantee, and a credit decision does not guarantee future lead quality or customer response.
A lead credit does not create permission to use customer contact information for unrelated marketing messages. Customer contact may only be used for the repair request connected to the unlocked lead.
Because providers are independent businesses, disputes about final repair pricing, scheduling, workmanship, or warranties are handled between the customer and provider.
