Provider Terms

FixBridge Local is an Irvine local repair request platform, not a repair company. Providers are independent businesses. Providers are not employees, agents, representatives, subcontractors, or endorsed partners of FixBridge Local.

Providers are responsible for licenses, insurance, pricing, estimates, work quality, safety, warranties, scheduling, and customer communications.

Each provider must comply with all applicable license, insurance, local business, advertising, consumer protection, and communication requirements before contacting customers or performing work.

Providers must be approved before viewing available repair request summaries and must pay a lead unlock fee before receiving customer contact information.

FixBridge Local does not guarantee a quote, does not promise final pricing, does not guarantee a match, and does not guarantee that an unlocked lead will become a job.

Customer contact information may only be used for the specific unlocked repair request. Providers must not send unrelated marketing messages, unrelated text campaigns, or unrelated calls.

Providers may not resell, share, transfer, or reuse customer contact information outside the specific unlocked repair request.

Providers must not claim that FixBridge Local employs, supervises, endorses, certifies, guarantees, sends, or assigns the provider or its workers.
