FixBridge Local is an Irvine local repair request platform, not a repair company. We collect repair request details, customer name, phone, email, ZIP code, optional photos or photo links, consent records, IP address, user agent, provider application details, payment records, and audit records.

We collect this information to receive and route repair requests, let approved independent providers review lead summaries, process lead unlocks, prevent abuse or duplicate submissions, maintain payment and audit records, and operate the platform.

Customer phone and email are not publicly displayed. Only approved providers with a paid unlock for a specific repair request can view contact details. Admin users may access request and provider records for support, review, audit, and platform operations.

Customer contact information may only be used to respond to the submitted repair request. Providers are independent businesses and may not use it for unrelated marketing messages, unrelated calls, or unrelated text campaigns.

FixBridge Local does not guarantee a quote, does not promise final pricing, and does not guarantee that a customer will be matched with a provider.

To request deletion or correction of information, contact FixBridge Local with the email or phone number used in the request. Some records may be retained when needed for security, payment records, dispute review, audit logs, or legal compliance.
